DO NOT USE ALL AMERICAN HEATING AND AIR I had one of the worst experiences with this company, and I want to warn others before they waste their money. Choice Home Warranty assigned them to me for service, but it was a huge mistake. Here’s what happened: My house was not cooling properly and the drain line kept backing up. The tech only halfway climbed into the attic—he didn’t fully inspect the issue. He told me I needed a new R22 expansion valve, but my unit doesn’t even have one. Adrian was very quick and helpful. He gave me a lot of good recommendations for how to keep my AC free of leaking. I used to use another company last year, but have learned more in one visit with Adrian, than six or more with the other company. Very happy and enjoyable experience, which can be rare sometimes. I’m hoping that my AC won’t have any more issues, but it feels good to know that if it does, I will be well taken care of. Thank you!
Great company, highly recommend. Adrian got my ac fixed up after many other ac guys kept giving me fake diagnostics and the run around. He stayed at the house to make sure it was working and didn’t leave until 9 pm (well after the company closes) to make sure the job was done and he got me back and running. Great company! Great people. Cody was amazing at diagnosing the problem and putting together a package for me. Adrian and his team came in processionally and installed a new system real quick!
