I had issues with my AC, which is a four-year-old unit leaking in my downstairs bathroom through the vents. This created something that was going to be a nightmare so I called my warranty company and they sent out Daniel with all American at first. He was very nice. Please do not use this company. The customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest about appointment scheduling. When I first called to schedule service, I clearly explained that I work nights and that evening appointments would not work for me. After two days of back-and-forth discussions, I finally received an appointment time that fit my schedule. Grayson helped our family from start to finish, and was a point of contact for me when our downstairs AC unit went out. He helped us get the financing, set up service and even stayed in contact for the first week after to ensure our unit was running and efficient. Adrian, the technician and his team were just as nice, courteous and efficient.
