Adrian went over to my rental property on Sunday to get my tenants air conditioner working again. I was prepared to pay for a whole new system, but he recommended a very reasonably priced repair. What a delight to work with straight-shooting people who have a habit of high level of customer service!
Great company, highly recommend. Adrian got my ac fixed up after many other ac guys kept giving me fake diagnostics and the run around. He stayed at the house to make sure it was working and didn’t leave until 9 pm (well after the company closes) to make sure the job was done and he got me back and running. Great company! Great people. Cody was amazing at diagnosing the problem and putting together a package for me. Adrian and his team came in processionally and installed a new system real quick! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a reliable HVAC company to work with them. Fair pricing, efficient and most importantly the customer experience.
I called them on a holiday (Friday) evening about an AC problem in a Condo which I rent out. It wasn't an 'emergency' to my Tenants so first thing Monday morning was fine. All American arranged everything with my tenants. Cody arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem which was a drain switch shutting off the system due to clogged condensate drain.
