I had issues with my AC, which is a four-year-old unit leaking in my downstairs bathroom through the vents. This created something that was going to be a nightmare so I called my warranty company and they sent out Daniel with all American at first. He was very nice. Seemed to know what he was talking about so we went with the Repair. I was assured multiple times when I asked the technicians. Before reading my review, I encourage you to read Brittany Cooper's review first. Please do not use this company. The customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest about appointment scheduling. When I first called to schedule service, I clearly explained that I work nights and that evening appointments would not work for me. After two days of back-and-forth discussions, I finally received an appointment time that fit my schedule. Wow! Thank you Adrian and your team! My parents AC system went bad on Friday evening. He came and inspected Saturday evening. My parents had a new AC system by SUNDAY NOON!!! Quickest response I’ve ever seen from any professional service request. And entire process was seamless. Great work! Found my HVAC guy.
