I'm following up with my last review to try to get this issue resolved but Jorge and his attorney are ignoring my messages. I had my roof reroofed in metal by All American since then I've made several complaints to them about the roof and the condition to not only the roofing company but the building department of Broward. The Broward building department reopened the permit for an additional inspection and deemed the permit revoked because there were 3 things done incorrectly on my roof resulting in a bad water leak. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. All American Construction Service did my roof over 2 months ago Aluminum and left broken aluminum panels, holes in my drip edges and sloppy unacceptable work on my roof. Instead of fixing the issue they sent out a gentlemen by the name of Carols who was wearing shorts and sandals on a Sunday to putty up all the areas of concern. Carlos just got on a ladder and applied putty over the areas that I made a complaint about and In doing so he broke some of the rivets that were holding together my... read more

Unfortunately, I wasn’t lucky enough to be able to receive services worthy of giving five stars in the beginning. When I met my sales representative Hermiz everything sounded great. The price was doable and he represented the company very well but once we signed all The contracts and the deal was sealed We didn’t hear back from the company for months.
