If I could choose no stars, I would. I called on a Wednesday at 5pm to make sure it was not too late (it would take me 13 min to get there) to bring my dress in, and the man on the phone said it was no problem. I arrived and he turned me away because he wife was not there to actually do the alteration. I came back on Friday, like he said to, and neither of them looked up or greeted me when I walked in the door. If you’re looking for a true authentic experience this is your place. I reached out last minute due to shipping delay, needing my dress altered. The process was explained thoroughly, she had patience with me around my concerns and my expectations of the dress, and most of all I felt like a long time friend (even though this was my first time, true customer service ) . I couldn’t ask for a better service! My dress was ready 3 days later and fit like a glove. I will forever refer this location and will definitely return!

They work miracles here! We purchased a dress that many told us we shouldn’t have bought because it would be impossible to alter due to the “style” and material of the gown vs my daughters very petite shape. I found ALL ALTERATIONS and running out of time with all the “NO’s” from everyone else, All Alterations accomplished the feat BEAUTIFULLY in record time even with it being a difficult gown to alter! UPDATE: Took a formal dress in to be altered for my daughter for prom. They did a beautiful job, even adding a little bit of extra fabric by the zipper so it wouldn’t be scratchy. Very reasonable price and quality work! — I visited this shop for the first time today to see if they could fix a small hole in my husband's jacket. This family owned business is wonderful. They have excellent customer service, they are artists and make everything I give them look better. They have done so many different things for me personally & for our business. We weren’t sure we were going to be able to fix a pricy cost when we switched brokerages & they came up with great ideas created the fix, & everything came out so beautiful, sharp & professional.
