Excellent customer service today from Louis Z. and other All Aloha team members (Travis for taking my call on a Sunday afternoon, and John for providing an ETA before coming to the property). I’m so relieved to know that they actually work during the weekends (unlike other companies who advertise 24/7 services but don’t answer your call until the next business day). Aloha Plumbing was outstanding! VIP Service! Cole was absolutely incredible with his customer service with me. He explained everything in detail regarding the problem. He was very professional and took ownership in his work detail. He fixed the pipe in which other competitors could not fix. Cole was outstanding! 5 stars! Thank you All Aloha Plumbing!
