Lou is fantastic! Very professional and just a great guy overall. Throughout the service call, he explained everything in detail and was able to articulate what he was doing to provide me a better picture of what was going on with my kitchen drain pipe. Lou was very efficient with the service and it is clear his has a high level of experience. He didn't try to upsell anything and was straight forward with what he recommended. We found our water heater leaking and called All Aloha and was told a technician would come out almost immediately! Louis came within our preferred time window and got to work immediately. He not only told us the good/bad news, but he also educated us on his methods/products that could improve our home. We are very happy with his service!

The continuity of excellence was started the moment I requested an appointment for the following day. I got a quick response from Gary and I had a follow up with ETA for the next day. It wasn't like other companies that barely communicate. My tech Louie was very courteous and explained the whole process before he began the work in my kitchen. I had a wonderful experience working with Cole at All Aloha Plumbing, who helped install new piping for my washing machine. Excellent customer service today from Louis Z. and other All Aloha team members (Travis for taking my call on a Sunday afternoon, and John for providing an ETA before coming to the property).
