Honestly, top notch professional service. Lou came out next day and was able to diagnose and treat issue within 1 hr. What we really appreciated was he took the time to explain what he was recommending, and doing and educate us on both the service and prevention. He did this with a positive attitude throughout, even during a few tense moments.
Louis is a credit to his profession, and All Aloha plumbing is a lifesaver! They came to our rescue at 2 am in December when our condo flooded from an upstairs neighbor’s clogged drain…now we’re dealing with something equal parts more pedestrian and disheartening (a yucky, stubborn toilet clog I tried everything on, which was not only ineffective but extremely messy) and Louis is once again putting things back on track! Called late night for a clogged kitchen sink. Louie was able to diagnose the problem and unclog my sink with ease. At the same time I had him look at an existing issue with my tub. I was able to schedule the work to fix it that night.
