Excellent customer service today from Louis Z. and other All Aloha team members (Travis for taking my call on a Sunday afternoon, and John for providing an ETA before coming to the property). I’m so relieved to know that they actually work during the weekends (unlike other companies who advertise 24/7 services but don’t answer your call until the next business day). Louis came on a Sunday same day I called and did an amazing job. My bathroom sink was backed up and it's the weekend before Christmas. No extra charge for same day on a Sunday! And he was willing to work with me on the price. I highly recommend All Aloha plumbing.

The continuity of excellence was started the moment I requested an appointment for the following day. I got a quick response from Gary and I had a follow up with ETA for the next day. It wasn't like other companies that barely communicate. My tech Louie was very courteous and explained the whole process before he began the work in my kitchen. I had a wonderful experience working with Cole at All Aloha Plumbing, who helped install new piping for my washing machine. He showed up right on time, which I really appreciated, and from the moment he arrived, it was clear how knowledgeable and professional he was. And then the plumber that came out (Brandon) was also very friendly, very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue very very quickly.
