Aloha Plumbing was incredibly prompt from my very first phone call until the job was completely finished. Our technician, Cesar, was very knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. He was highly organized, kept his workspace very neat, and the pricing was both reasonable and straightforward. Cesar gave us true peace of mind by making sure our problem was completely resolved before he left. I highly recommend them!

The continuity of excellence was started the moment I requested an appointment for the following day. I got a quick response from Gary and I had a follow up with ETA for the next day. It wasn't like other companies that barely communicate. My tech Louie was very courteous and explained the whole process before he began the work in my kitchen. Lou is fantastic! Very professional and just a great guy overall. Throughout the service call, he explained everything in detail and was able to articulate what he was doing to provide me a better picture of what was going on with my kitchen drain pipe.
