They do really good clean work
The technicians here are honest and know their stuff! Another HVAC company sent by our home warranty company quoted $4,800 for a new condensing unit due to a refrigerant leak every winter, but All Aire figured out it was just a bent Schrader valve core and the plastic cap missing the o-ring. They replaced the core, installed a new metal cap, and recharged the system for about 4% of the quote! I highly recommend them whenever your HVAC system needs repair!
Rude company. Parking their company vehicles in handicap parking spaces and refusing to move said company van to any of the open spots in front of their own business. Cops have been called, just waiting on an officer to come with the tow truck to remove their van. This company is the best in the area. Responsive, on time, honest. Techs Austin & Evan arrived and easily diagnosed the problem with our unit and were back with parts within days to complete the work. It was wet outside the day of service- the techs were careful to wear protective shoe covers so not to soil our floors. I highly recommend this group!
All Aire was listed in Google Search for having furnace parts available for purchase. I was hoping to give a brick and mortar company my business instead of buying online, plus I would be able to hopefully obtain the part I needed on the same day. Least to say, I was extremely disappointed with the high markup of the parts they sell to customers. I needed a simple hot surface ignitor for my furnace.
