All Aire was listed in Google Search for having furnace parts available for purchase. I was hoping to give a brick and mortar company my business instead of buying online, plus I would be able to hopefully obtain the part I needed on the same day. I had a heat pump installed and Mike did a great job! Unfortunately, when service is needed good luck working with the office staff! Terrible communication and empty promises. No call back or anything, told it was too cold to work and it wasn’t that cold. Every other hvac company was working, That’s when they are needed the most! There are much better options for service than dealing with this!
We've been relying on Mike and All Aire for almost a decade and they are our "go to" HVAC contractor for all our projects. Give Mike a call and I bet you'll like him shortly after talking to him. Mike's always a pleasure to talk to and is very knowledge. All Aire has tackled many complete systems on gutted homes for us and we have not had any complaints by buyers or residents to date. The All Aire office staff is very helpful in assisting customers who have questions or concerns.
My furnace went out on New Year's morning. The company that installed it came out January 2 and the entire experience was terrible. I called All-Aire and Mike, the owner came right over and got the heat working but we did agree that it was time to replace the old furnace. He quoted a much better system for nearly one third of the price the original company quoted. His installation team came this morning. They were friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time we’ve used All Aire and I can’t recommend them highly enough. This company and the people who work there are quick to respond, honest, kind, and good at what they do. Save yourself time and money and call them first!
