We have had All-Air for 17 years. The service is excellent. Charlie is our technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional. We have a service contract which provides a Spring and Fall maintenance check-up.

Had this company come out to investigate a problem with my heat pump. The technician Charlie suggested full replacement - fair enough since the unit was 21 years old. They sent a quote using their online quote system - you follow a link to a web page. He quoted their most efficient and expensive system possible. Very quick to help, explained the process in detail and kept me informed. I beleive the pricing was a decent deal considering it wasnt just work they needed to do, but some extremely skilled and knowledgeable troubleshooting in order to resolves what problems I had. Also did not seem like they tried to make up issues to get more money. Trustworthy and very helpful.
