I cannot believe what kind of 'service' we got from this man! Referred to us by the prior owner, we spoke with him yesterday with an emergency at our Diner and he promised he would be here this morning at 8:30 to fix our problem so we could open on time. Not only did he not show, but he has yet to answer a phone call or return a call!
