I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had with Bruce. He was extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous. He took his time and identify the problem and fixed the air condition patiently. He was a gentleman and very courteous the whole process and make us part of All Air family. Bruce in your team, AllAir will always be the best company when it comes to heating and cooling. Great services. The technicians know the history of our building which helps them service the current issue. Bruce was knowledgeable, works efficiently, and explains what was done and next steps well.

So, I called because I was panicking our AC stopped working after a power outage on our street. I called and panicked, I talked to Bruce and he was so sweet. We told me that it was no problem and that he would do his best. He worked so hard to figure out how to help. And he FIXED IT. I had to hug him, he is an amazing. Our air is on, and working and he was so nice and helpful! Thank you thank you thank you thank you Bruce. I really really appreciate it!
