avoid this company. This company is total scam, they won’t tell you the truth on until you pay them. Here is the story, when I call them yesterday ask are they doing overhead sewer system they said yes but they charge for come out fee which is fine with me, so I have them come out today. They sent a guy who speak Spanish and we don’t, unfortunately we cannot communicate. The company did a great job at responding back to me. I was able to make an appointment for service the next day. Alfonso was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Within a matter of an hour or so he shorten the extension of the pipe due to the depth of my new sink basin. I have used them in the past and will continue to use this company. I would highly recommend this company.
Leak in basement. Called Sunday evening. Were there promptly on Monday, calling when they were near. Fixed the leak in the pipe supplying garden spigot with minimal damage to a built in cupboard. Very pleased with the work done.
Service was insanely quick, painless and way lower than competition. A water heater had leaked in my ceiling and was pouring water down onto my floor and these guys came in and did all if that work within 3 days of me calling them! I had a small hiccup with them but they worked with me and we got it figured out. The owner was on vacation at the time but he took time out of his trip to help me personally. Going forward these will be the guys I do business with and I suggest you do the same.
