I love All Aerobics! They have a great array of group classes across a really broad schedule, and there’s small group PT which is perfect for people like me who want to start weight training but have no idea how to start or how to use the machines.The trainers are all excellent: friendly and good at explaining things. If an alien landed on earth, how would explain what a gym is? To me it’s a building with a bunch of equipment in it. There a lot of places I can go that have similar stuff, maybe in some instances newer and maybe even better???? Who knows, who cares. I go to All Aerobics for the range of activities and the people - the other members and in particular the staff. I have had so many laughs in that place even when I am hurting from HIIT, Boxing, Spin early in the morning and more recently Pilates would you believe. Guy & Terry h... read more
