I contacted All active electrical on short notice for an urgent electrical issue, and their response was outstanding. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything repaired with great efficiency and attention to detail.

It was late one Friday and a public holiday. A switch kept tripping in the meter box and as a result, no power points in the house were working. Two fridges full of food, the wifi and home phone were not working. Out of desperation I called around for electricians. The owner quoted $200 for a call-out. Upon arrival, the first thing the staff did was inform me of the pricing structure. $200 was just to show up at my door, then there was an additional $350 (for up to 2 hours) to investigate the problem.
