I dropped my car off here for repairs after being given a price over the phone. When I came back to pick it up, the bill was suddenly much higher than what we discussed, and no one bothered to call me for approval. After the work was done, I had someone else look at it and was told the job was done half-heartedly and not up to proper standards. I feel misled, overcharged, and given subpar work — I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I went to this shop to get my brakes done and an oil change, nothing more. When I got my car back, it suddenly had problems that never existed before I brought it in. Instead of fixing what I came for, they handed my car back in worse condition. This is unacceptable, and I will never be coming here again.The customer service here is awful. I bought my car off there lot and it’s been in the shop since 3/19, and it has been nothing but problems from day one. On 6/18, I brought it back for repairs, and here we are months later — I still don’t have my car. Every time I reached out for an update, I got a new excuse, a different story, or another promise that was never kept. I dropped my truck off here for repairs, and it turned into a nightmare. At first, they kept telling me it would be ready “soon,” but days turned into weeks with no progress. Eventually, they stopped even answering my calls. When I went there in person to speak to the mechanic, I was told he “wasn’t there” — with no real explanation of what was going on with my truck.
