Mike Raffo looked at my trees and gave me a price for removal. It was in the middle, but I decided to go with him. I called him back two or three times and left messages. He didn't call back! Finally, I called once more at 8:30 p.m. and got him. He said he'd call me the next day to schedule the work. That was about five days ago, and I still haven't heard back!
Exactly what i wanted.at the price i wanted to pay.removal and clean up included..team was verbal and polite..job well done..
Mike and is crew were absolutely the best. I have those queen palms and they make a big mess and asked to have them trimmed. I had used other companies in the past and the climbed the trees and left several spike holes in the trunk. Mike and his crew do not do that, the use a ladder to the very top and then climb. Eventually, I decided to have 3 of the 6 palms removed. They did an EXCELLENT job, cleaned up perfectly (and I'm picky). The Company, and the workers were at the job site for three days. During that time they were on site at 7:45 am each day,cutting down nine trees, and removing all stumps. In addition they trimmed a hugh Eucalyptus tree removing major limbs. They were professional, hard working, and cleaned up very well. I would recommend this tree company very highly. The owner Mike went above and beyond in his job description in satisfying this customer.
