I had a great experience with Genetia! She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. The office was very clean and well organized, and she clearly knew what she was doing. The blood draw was quick, painless, and done perfectly on the first try. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend her to anyone needing lab work done!
Once again I needed an emergency blood draw for a doctor’s office appointment that came last minute. Quest appointments must be made way in advance. But I knew Genetia. Medically, I used to be stuck in my bed for many months and needed someone to come to the house. She always took good care of me. Now, I can walk, and I still choose her to take my blood. This is the second time we hire Genetia to draw our blood. She may be one of the best phlebotomist but more importantly human I've ever met. She radiates love and positivity which seems Godsend when you're going through health challenges. It feels like being in the presence of an angel. She is also so communicative and will do her absolute best to schedule you as soon as she can. She's busy driving around the Bay and keeps such a positive smile and attitude even at 6am! She deserves an award!
Genetia is one of the most kind people I have ever met as well as very professional, warm, and skilled. Truly a joy to talk to - I wish I had more chances to work with her. One in a million!
I was in an emergency, where I needed a blood draw on the same day, because my previous phebotomist cancelled last minute. Genetia was an absolute GEM - so kind in all her interactions with me, immediately put me at ease, was extremely accommodating of my emergency, and moved mountains to make it happen. She was extremely communicative throughout the day, and my blood draw was quick and as pain free as it could possibly be. THANK YOU Genetia - you made my day!
