pay my wife her last paycheck! you people are monsters with holding people's paychecks during the holidays. I've had it...pay her I'm not going to stop
Worst experience of my life went there today as a new patient and basically got shoved out the door by staff because the insurance isn't showing up online when I personally had the insurance fax them proof it was active and they told me it won't be on the site for 24 to 48 hours. I missed 2 hours of work for nothing and will not go back there and its a very small town and ill make sure I let every one know how terrible the staff was. (Germantown location)
Terrible, went for the first time and Dr. JJ made a comment implying I couldn't afford floss, was very rude. He also told me I had 3 cavities, went to a different place today and they told me I have no cavities. Dental hygienist was also rude and very rough on my teeth, after picking at them for so long making me bleed, proceeded to only brush them for about 15 seconds. Walked out in tears, DO NOT go here. Horrible experience.
Okay I just got out of the hospital, I got a root canal done by Doctor Jay and guess what he didn't do it properly I now have to get that tooth pulled he did it on! Thanks for the abscessed tooth and all the pain it has cases me!
