My daughter bought a Honda CR-V here several weeks ago and has yet to receive her title and plates. The dealer is not answering her calls or texts. I checked with the state and the dealer never submitted the paperwork for processing. This dealership also failed to renew their dealers license in June, so if they are even still in business, they are operating illegally. I hate to escalate this to MVED, but when you don't take customers calls, and lie about processing their title paperwork, you leave us with no choice.
I came to buy an auto today based on texts and a KSL car ad that said the car had a clean title. During the closing and signing they came with a form for a branded/salvaged title. Super frustrating to spend time driving 1.5 hrs to waste our time on lies.
So I bought a Jeep from Matt at all access auto over a year ago and the car actually has been a really good car. I’ve actually had to do a lot to the car since I’ve had it but that’s because it was 19 years old so that’s understandable. Beware of this business. They don’t answer their phones or emails. Purchased a vehicle from this dealer at wholesale auction and title they turn in is not validate transferable title. At the moment I’m having to get a bonded title because my customer wants to keep vehicle. Not a responsible business.
