Susan did a great job for us beginning with the prelisting meeting all the way through closing. She provided good insights into prelisting prep to help us prepare our house for listing. Communication was great and she always offered to help us in any way that she could. She helped clear some hurdles during the selling process to make the transaction as smooth as possible for us.
From the first phone call through the closing of the sale of our house, Andrew was a trusted consultant and guide. He provided numerous options for marketing, connected us to vendors to help with sale-related requests (painters, electricians, etc), and kept the tone of everything calm, cool, and collected.
