Friendly, compassionate, punctual, kind-hearted and knowledgeable. From the office staff to the caregivers they made sure Mom's needs were top priority. They took special care in allowing/assisting her to maintain as much independence ensuring her quality of life. They took interest in her and her needs and met her needs in a safe and timely manner while letting Mom have a say so.
