The staff here are so kind and loving. Our whole family drives from Oakville just because we love it here so much.
Kelly is wonderful. However this time I had the bad luck of Tracey giving me a haircut. I went for a trim and she chopped off my hair even before discussing the length. I had good highlights in my mid back length hair and she shortened them upto my ear! And that too, uneven. She tried to even them out but ended up shortening them further. Now I have uneven ear length hair. Not going back here even for Kelly, not that I will need a haircut for a while. 😢
I had Sharon do my hair and everyone has been complimenting it!
