First: Amazing people! Doctors, PAs, phlebotomist, front desk. Awesome care. But: The current scheduling system is the worst scheduling experience of my life. Nearly impossible to navigate if you work full time because you have to be available to receive a call at any time to finalize scheduling--there is no current way around this. I was told the best I can do is to leave a message with the ai scheduler and indicate my windows of availability to receive a call. Better than nothing, but still entirely too burdensome. Editing our review to a great 5 stars We highly recommend All About Women’s Care. We’ve had a great experience with the entire office. A special thank you to Sarah at the front desk. She is truly one of the best. She’s very professional, patient, and always takes the time to listen and understand what you need. She follows up, keeps you informed, and makes sure patients know where to go and what the next steps are. She really makes a difference. I was told they could take care of me and that their providers are knowledgeable. I went in for my appointment with Tamara Burdi. I did not know she was a NP until after the appointment. I generally do not schedule with NPs because of the complexity of my medical situation. If they had been clear that it was only an NP from the very beginning, I would not have scheduled with them or wasted a couple weeks of my time waiting on an appt. Please see this review and think twice before selecting this office. Unfortunately, a horrible experience. This office does not prioritize patient care or medical service. I walked in 5 minutes late becaus I was lost in the building (I walked into the building 5 min before appt, and no directions were given for the building layout) and they wouldn't allow me in to my appointment. Never mind the fact that I had a real reason to see the doctor. I understand needing to keep a schedule, but 5 minutes is hardly late, and they did... read more
