The lady at the front desk needs to be fired. She rescheduled my appointment without my permission. Then when I went to go schedule it, they didn’t have anything at the office that I would like to go to please don’t reschedule without my permission again.
I had a terrible experience here. The staff was extremely unprofessional, doctors rushed me through my appointment, and generally a really bad experience. I would avoid at all costs.
The reception team at this office was the BEST that I have ever had at a doctors office.
