I have loved my experience at Northern Light Mercy Women’s Health. I have moved and the idea of having to switch places is hard. I would drive the hour and a half just to see the nurses and doctors again. They were so kind to me at every appointment, made my pregnancy feel very special and always checked up on ME as well as the baby!
Got me in. Got me figured out. I have no complaints. They removed my cyst. They stopped my heavy menses. Happy with them.
i was referred to mercy hospital/nl women’s clinic back in july for ongoing monthly menses troubles (that has burdened me since 2014, no doctor would take me seriously and brushed it off as normal), and i’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. i first saw doctor mojdehi back in early november and she was very personable and immediately took action to get me a proper diagnosis for endometriosis (what my primary care had suspected i had, as well as my own suspicions), and also went above and beyond to order other test... read more
Thank God for Dr. Gittinger. After going through absolute hell for five months as well as being examined by eight different doctors, Dr. Gittinger finally did research and found the definitive diagnosis. She is kind, considerate, listens, and above all - does her homework rather than just sloughing someone, especially an older woman, off. I am forever in her debt. At least I have a diagnosis and medication that goes with it. Oh -- and I am a provider from a different field.
I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for a transvaginal ultrasound for dating a viability. When I got there she did a 30 second abdominal scan and said she couldn’t see much so we needed to switch to the transvaginal. Then said we can’t do it today because they didn’t have any transvaginal wands cleaned. Then said that I’m having a miscarriage because she couldn’t see the heartbeat in the 30 second scan she did.
