Patty was absolutely amazing to work with and she created a beautiful cake for us. From our first meeting, we were able to describe what we knew we wanted and Patty filled on the dots to exceed our expectations! She was obviously experienced in the industry and knew what questions to ask (who our florist was, where our bridesmaids dresses were from, and the specific name of our colors to make sure the colors she used on the cake matched), so the entire process was so easy! I was in search of a person who could make a peacock cake. My friend made our topper and I just needed to find that perfect person to execute the cake. Patty exceeded my high expectations. She met and talked to me on multiple occasions with all the fine details. She made many peacock feathers all by hand. This cake is one that has to go viral!! Absolutely stunning and it tasted amazing as well!!! I can not say enough nice things about Patty and her amazing skill set. Thank you so much!
My Husband and I were so delighted with the outcome of our cake in October 2012! Our cake was so beautiful, and most importantly, DELICIOUS!! The marshmallow fondant was so spectacular! I could not believe the flavor because it was far from any typical fondant I have ever tried before. I HIGHLY recommend this artist. She was a pleasure to work with, and she made the cake process the most simple task of wedding planning.
