Just went on a cruise booked through them and it was absolutely wonderful!! Everything was well taken care of and every detail was perfect. Also just booked last minute hotel reservations over the phone to go to Busch Gardens and was also recommended on what would be around the hotel to do in our leisure time. 100% recommend for ANY type of vacation!

I used them for our honeymoon two years ago and for our vacation last year. Who had helped us then was great. I went in to use them again this year and the woman who helped us was extremely rude. She had a condescending tone and acted as though we were disturbing her. When we first walked in, they hardly greeted us, until I said something first. I will not be booking vacations or travel with them again, which is disappointing, because they were so good to us the past two years.
