My appt was canceled and I wasn't even notified. They moved and the new location doesn't have their name. Also this isn't even the 1st time my appts have been canceled. I like the way Anna cuts hair but I'm done

I was kept waiting an hour while they finished up another person's hair and at the end they tried to rush me out of the salon and tried to charge me to blow dry my hair. So they expect me the customer to leave without drying my hair. While they finished up the other person's hair (who was a regular on first name basis) they left the toner and dye on for way too long, my highlights turned out grey not blonde like I asked. After trying many different hair stylists in the neighborhood, I finally found a place that is professional and with an extremely talented stylist/owner . A friend recommended this place to me and I couldn't be any happier

The owner Anna is an amazing hair dresser I came into the salon with a blonde die job that was a disaster! My hair was so spotty I looked like a cheetah! I thought it was never going to look even but she fixed my color without bleaching it to death and you would never know that it looked the way it did when I came in there! Beautiful, clean salon with friendly, experienced staff!! 👍👍💛💛💛💇🏼‍♀️
