Just from my experience today, I called at 6 to see if they were still taking people, as I know they usually close at 7, I was told to come in at 7 they were staying open later since they were leaving for vacation the next day. They stayed until 10pm to finish mine and others nails. They were extremely friendly and done wonderful on my nails. This wasn’t my first experience with them as I’ve been going there for the last year - year and a half getting pedicures and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for one!

I very seldom get my nails done, But I’ve never experienced the way I was treated today.The most rudest woman I have ever seen act the way she did. My granddaughter was trying yo help me pick out a color and she told me to go on back and to have my toenails done,had no clue what I was getting , and to beat all they weren’t that busy. If they don’t have patience or going to be rude to their customers and jibber jabber talk about us.Because they hate their job then they need to get a different job. Bad experience. Literally the worst place ever !!! I went in there asking for a specific logo and stuff at start of my service I asked if they do do it and the lady proceeded to tell me yes, well time past and we was about to paint and they told me my nail was too much that they couldn’t do it , WITH NOT ENOUGH TIME !!!! (Got there at 11 am Friday !)which was ridiculous! SOOOO cute! Got these the day of my dance and took abt 45 minutes, the guy that did them was amazinggggg and did so good on them.

Made my nails too bulky and crooked. Didn't even ask what shape I wanted. Kinda rude too.
