Callous. Uncaring. Unsympathetic. Crude. Borderline rude. Unprofessional. I lost my ten year old dog while he was performing a “simple neuter” and the man wouldn’t even speak to me in person. Not one member of his staff expressed one ounce of compassion for me or the situation. He referred to my beloved pet as “the body” twice. I was crying when he told me over the phone that my dog had died and he told me to call him back when I calmed down. Not a caring bone in his body. Seriously, take your pets somewhere ANYWHERE else.
Brian and the entire staff are friendly and professional, and take excellent care of their patients. Thank you for the exceptional treatment you provided to Yogi and Rico!
Very unprofessional!! I would never recommend this vet practice. I am disappointed with the care my animal received. Apparently they keep the animals in their kennels from 830 to 630 and not once take them out to go to the bathroom. That’s 10 hours in a cage with the only choice is to use the bathroom in. I was disappointed in that but what really is devastating is I dropped my dog off on Tuesday at 830 am told me to pick him up between 6-7 pm that night. I called 2 times to ... Continue Reading
Brian is so awesome when it comes to dealing with the pups I bring in. He doesnt give up on them and believes they deserve a chance too.

I love Dr Brian!!!! He and the staff have been so good to us. We recently lost one of our fur babies and they were so helpful through it all.
