I purchased RAM for my laptop. The order was delayed and when I reached out with my concerns the staff were responsive and helpful. I got my order a day earlier than the rescheduled date. The price was right and the RAM works great. Going to check out SSDzs.

Ordered a 32GB memory kit from their website on 2/10. Tracking through Shop was never provided/updated. Called several times to confirm the order and was told on 2/19 that item had been shipped that morning. One week later Shop tracking still had not been updated and the product had not yet been delivered. Called again and was told that they would investigate and provide a tracking number "within half an hour". No callback occurred and no tracking was ever provided. Refunded through PayPal.
