UNMANNED & UNKEPT FACILITY SINCE 5/25 REBRANDING!! Rented three units since 2022 when this facility was manned and well kept! Now they are on the third owner, place has gone down hill while long term renters see rent prices go way up!! Grass is very tall and rats are in abundance!!! Their customer service line is worthless. Be aware! UNMANNED FACILITY!!!Started out as Premium Storage then changed to CubeSmart for a short time and is now Sherman Self Storage and no longer has an onsite manager. I have had 2 units with them for years. When Cubesmart took over last year they raised one units rate (both are same size and were same price) Now, the “NEW” owners/managers have taken over. Brandie helped me find a unit that met my needs and when I had forgotten my code she was very understanding and helped me to get it taken care of. lot is clean and service has been great!
Started with Kaitlyn for reservations and ended with Brandie to engage 2 units for auto payment setup. Very satisfied with Brandie to communicate what’s was needed to complete the transaction to rent. Experienced much efficiency in time spent to the quotes given to the monetary transaction. Thank you
