More staff to accommodate appointments that take months to get into and then they cancel when hygienists aren’t available. Then they can only reoffend a 5 month wait for rescheduling.
Paid for an implant, went today to have it put in. The dentist left that practice so I paid for an implant that I'm not getting the tooth put in.
8:20 am Visited Washington pa office. Front desk worker Very Rude and unprofessional. Was early for appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. Appointment was 8:30 am and was not seen until 9:05 am. Not a good place for me or family. But Dentist staff was friendly.
I visited all about smiles in Washington PA a few weeks ago for a consultation- a week later treatment.. i am so pleased with my experience!! I am a dental assistant at an office that doesn’t offer restoration-which is why i had to go elsewhere for fillings/cleanings. They treated me exactly the way I’d treat a patient- with respect. Ordered Invisalign and waited for them to call me. After months I tried calling the office a couple of times and was told someone would get back to me. They never called me. I actually went into the office and she checked the closet and they were in. Nothing was noted in my account. This isn’t the first time. It happened on the first set as well.
It was a very friendly place. All the employees had a nice attitude, I would recommend it to others.
do not go to this dentist. if you do not give consent to having work done without your knowledge while sedated then they make you pay cash. i showed 2 forms of insurance but because i refused to sign i was denied service unless i paid cash. terrible business practices! update- they submitted an authorization to my insurance for services i never asked for or recieved
