The 2 girls at the desk just got all defensive because I questioned the bill. She made a mistake but tried to cover it up because first she said the extra charge was my $50 copay. Then she said she didn't quote for the right amount of fillings. The doctor had even confirmed the total before he started. Idk why y’all are so mad in these reviews I’ve had nothing but friendly amazing service. The front desk girl is literally the sweetest. The dental assistants go above and beyond and the dentist is very professional and kind. Nothing but nice things to say about this place and the people working there
Completely speechless. I was told to come in for a 5 minute appointment for periodontal charting which MUST be done before any cleaning. I have never heard of such a thing but agreed. I received a bill from Medicaid stating this office refused to send the correct medical codes for this treatment and I am now responsible for the entire payment out of pocket. What is even more ridiculous is that they won't return ANY calls. Absolutely RUN far from this office.
