Scheduled a dentist appointment months ago I was supposed to have sedation as we talked about months ago and now they want to change last second (not to mention I had to change MY insurance just to have this procedure). I’ve needed surgery for a while and they’ve known this, this dentist is only worried about money. Highly recommend! Rylee is a pleasure to work with and made both my children and myself feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process of regular cleaning and orthodontics!
Have been harassed about a $15 charge for months that was covered by insurance, who I had on the phone with the secretaries give an explanation of benefits after I waited over an hour after my appointment be seen while nobody was in the waiting room. They don’t have it together
This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment that I needed to cancel because my ride there wasn't able to take me anymore. I called in and they told me I had no choice that I had to be there and they argued with me over the phone so I hung up. They called my phone over and over and over again!! I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend thst place to anyone.
New staff and new owners makes this place great again.
