Jackie Hawkins is the greatest. She listened to our needs (and fears) and thoughtfully arranged tours that matched our requirements. She coordinated well with each facility, and helped us to work through considerations and needs that we hadn’t thought about in our need to move to a more supportive environment. Jessica took what seemed to be an extremely difficult process of finding the right facilities, contacting them, getting pricing, seeing up tours, and negotiating into a seamless process and took the stress out. Then when my mom had a fall and we had to move her timeline up by months she helped us find the perfect home where my mom has settled in and made new friends and is enjoying life. I can't thank her enough for her help every step of the process which allowed me to focus on my mom.
I am so thankful for Jackie with All About Seniors who helped us find a reputable assisted living facility for my close friend, Joyce. Jackie listened closely to the needs and wishes of Joyce and was there to help initiate the first visit.
