Will never use again and would never recommend. The most alarming part of my experience—and something I’ve never encountered before—was the owner’s reaction when I voiced concerns. The conversation escalated to the point of physical intimidation, with him getting as close to nose-to-nose as possible while yelling at me about my dissatisfaction. As a 68-year-old gentleman, this was genuinely frightening. Beyond that, the work done at my home was left with noticeable and unsightly holes and gaps. When we tried to address these... read more
