I have used All About Roofing previously for two smaller projects since moving back to Greensboro in 2018. A high school buddy of mine sent over a roofing company that had replaced his roof due to hail damage. That company worked with the insurance company to get approved to replace my roof. Then the hard press began. They want me to sign a contract that was not completely filled in, a blank check. I called All About Roofing and they picked up the ball. Doesn't return calls for roof repair estimate
I highly recommend All about Roofing for roof repairs. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue after a comprehensive inspection of the ceiling, the attic and the roof. He explained the situation in a clear and understandable manner. He patiently and cordially answered all of my questions. He then made the repair promptly. His understanding and expertise inspire confidence. I am very pleased with my experience!
I have file a complaint with DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS due deceptive practices. I was lied to from day one. NOTE money was never an issue this was an Insurance claim. I meet with the young man who did the estimate. three times once before the contract was signed and then twice afterward. Absolute highest remarks for All About Roofing Co. & Crew! I mean a first class job too. They replaced my homes roof in 2019 and my detached building in 2024. The Crew was super friendly, courteous, cleaned up well and even blew the complete driveway off with a leaf blower! I am very impressed! Excellent job guys and I strongly recommend them.
