I could not give a better review of Dr Pugnetti's care. We had to let our beautiful Paisley go very suddenly. Bonnie was extremely helpful in same day scheduling & the Dr was so calm & loving, letting us all go at our own pace. We had 3 other pups around & 5 crying adults, never felt uncomfortable once. Paisley was well taken care of until the last second, even carrying her away in a comfy bed & blanket for cremation. Thank you for being so kind on one of our most difficult days.

Diane & I appreciate Dr. Pugnetti & All About Restful Pets for their kind, compassionate approach to euthanasia in the home. Our boy, Odin, got sick while we were traveling & we knew he would not survive. Dr. Pugnetti spent precious time with us explaining the procedure step by step in such a caring manner. She was cognizant of our grief & petted Odin in a gentle loving manner.She was aware of our other dogs grief as well. She treated him with dignity & comfort transferring his body to her car. Dr. Viktoria was born for this. Compassion, kindness, excellent communication and our pup loved her the minute she walked through the door. He fell asleep surrounded by love in his own bed and woke up in heaven. I am so grateful to her.
