Both Beau and Bianca were a delight to deal with. They were prompt, respectful and the workmanship was clean and professional. I would highly recommend AAQR for any roof and gutter repairs.
Beau has done a few jobs for us on our roof over the last few months. He is incredibly professional and genuinely nice to deal with. And open in how he quotes, troubleshoots the problems in our roof, and engages with us around options for issues identified (including if some works can be deferred for a while). The work he has done looks to be of great quality - fixing a persistent leak we had (that others had failed to fix) - replacing tiles, flashings, and sealing segments.
Beau did a great job and was very reliable. He came to quote a few days after I made contact as he said he would and then did the work a week later. A pleasure to deal with.
Beau has carried out a number of repair jobs on our 100 year old + roof. On each occassion the work was to a very high standard and Beau made sure the work site was left tidy and secure. I have no hesitation in recommending AAQR and Beau for any roof repairs you may need.
Beau did a great job with fixing our Strata blocks roof. He is easily contactable and is generous in explaining what work needed to be done and offering multiple solutions at different price points. He replaced broken tiles, replaced rotting batons, replaced rusting sewer vent pipes, rust proofed the rusty metal roof and re-sealed the end caps. We are very happy with the work and would recommend Beau for any roofing needs.
