Locked myself out of my car this morning. JR unlocked my car quickly. Very friendly.
They had my car for an entire month, (my vehicle conveniently was ready one day before my rental coverage expired) I was told that the wrong part kept getting ordered repeatedly. When I picked up my vehicle, there was still glass everywhere inside despite charging my insurance company $150 cleaning fee to clean the broken glass. I drove off the lot and within three minutes I had scraping noises coming from the front left side of my car.
