im paying for 1 visit a week, yet Lennox only comes around about once every 3 weeks. My pool pump is broken and covered under warranty, been waiting about two weeks now for the job to start or even be given a date the pool pump and timer can be replaced. I’ve also been ignored and not had any sort of communication when I’ve reached out.
Lennox is timely, provides feasible recommendations and consistent updates. I appreciate the photos and real time updates. He saved the day on multiple occasions (when a contractor dropped paint in my pool, when the pump stopped working, etc). Highly recommended.
Lennox has been taking care of my pool for years, and in my experience has gone beyond expectations. Mr. Hughes arrived on time and was able to get my problem resolved in 30 minutes. My pump would not prime and I had tried everything that “You tube university “ gave as a resolution. My pool had turned green but Mr. Hughes has put a treatment in the pool to help and left me with sound advice to get my salt water pool back to its original condition.
