Had a shower faucet that was getting harder to turn on and off. The tech showed up when they said, got a call from the office before advising me tech was available and route. Tech was friendly and pleasant. All About Plumbing Repair has worked on two of our bathrooms and repaired part of a leaky, spurting sewer line in our crawl space. I love their office staff when I call them, especially Heather she always relays messages to Steve and Keaton and gets back to me quickly with answers and solutions. Borderline scam. Didn't fix the problem and charged $320 just for the diagnosis. I complained and they refunded half of that. Sent an inexperienced tech who didn't know what he was doing. They have a menu of options to replace a bathroom sink--a very easy job. The menu ranges from $400 for a "band-aid solution" to bronze, silver, gold, and over $1,000 for platinum. The trick is to get you to justify some middle option and pay $500-600 thinking that you are getting a deal not to pay $1,000. Avoid like the plague!
