The vet is great, vet technicians are awesome and very animal friendly. 5 stars here. The front office on the other hand is a different story. After I presented the coupons I had, I was pretty much given a silent treatment. And my dog wasn't given a free-per coupon-pet toy. If you do not like customers who use coupons, why putting them in a coupon directory?
I took my dog Jake in for a health check up and was checked in super quickly. All the staff was beyond friendly and Dr. Alves answered every question and concern. Loved it. Won't be going anywhere except here!
We came in with our sick 11 year old pup Shakira and the doctor and all the employees were absolutely amazing and have such a tender heart helping us on the path we're on with our beloved puppy I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and loving and for helping us to get our Shakira better!
Dr Joanna Thompson is the nicest, most willing and caring Dr I've met for in the 13 years I've owned my animals. She did something for that NO ever vet would do because she was empathetic to my plight. There prices are decent and staff was fun. Coodos for sure.
I brought my sick kitty to All About Pets on a Saturday morning and was amazed and gratified by the level of care and dedication shown by the entire staff. Lori the receptionist made sure the paperwork and check-in procedure was as smooth as possible. April the tech is knowledgeable and thorough and she took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was being an over-protective helicopter kitty-mom. I love the folks at All About Pets! My dog got attacked by a neighborhood pit and they were so helpful with getting her wounds cleaned up and she is doing well now. Very professional and thorough care. I like having a family vet who know us. Thank you so much!
