Communication is absolutely terrible. My mom was given a prescription for 58 pills, and they messed up the prescription and wrote 30. She has been calling nonstop, repeatedly and not only is no one answering but no one is returning her call. I wish they would think about their parents or loved ones when they ignore every call from IN PAIN CUSTOMERS.
Dr. Ahmed is very helpful and explains everything to me, staff is nice
I did not know what to expect when I booked my appointment because of some of the reviews but I was very surprised! The staff at the front are always polite and kind. I never feel rushed when I see Dr. Bajwa and she actually listens. Dr. Ahmed has put me on a great path to start getting some lasting relief.
I asked for MRI and he was more worried about giving the injections then solving the problem or finding out the root of the problem.i mean I was in agony even with the injections I had to go to emergency room when I left there.He was too busy bouncing around and didn't give me his undivided attention. Everything was solved with injection and played around back and forth with giving meds .
