You know at first I admired this office the doctor never blew off my pain and was the only one to help me for along time. But now I’m disappointed and have to find a new pain doctor. The front desk is confused on pricing and I even questioned the price for my migraine injections and now I get sent a bill for 200 dollars , the front dest making a mistake should not be my responsibility. I moved here from another state where I was already seeing a pain management doctor couldn’t get my insurance to help couldn’t get my primary doctor to help finally found Dr. Ahmed and was able to continue my treatment with my back injections and my life has significantly improved thanks to him he listens. He doesn’t just brush you off amazing sense of humor. He really cares about his patience.

Communication is absolutely terrible. My mom was given a prescription for 58 pills, and they messed up the prescription and wrote 30. She has been calling nonstop, repeatedly and not only is no one answering but no one is returning her call. I wish they would think about their parents or loved ones when they ignore every call from IN PAIN CUSTOMERS.
