Dr.Ahmed goes above and beyond. I can come to any doctor I choose. However, Dr. Ahmed really cares. His staff members are ok too. Only, had one encounter other than that I'm satisfied. Keep up the good work. Good, customer service is key.
Dr. Ahmed is very helpful and explains everything to me, staff is nice
The staff and doctors are great! However, the billing department is not good. The man tries to charge me for appointments that I have already paid. Then hemades me contact my bank to send him copies of checks that he has cashed but has no record of. I explained to him after the second time of doing this if have to do it again I will billing him for my time. People keep track of your payments, something sketchy going on. ***Update 1/22/2024 I was told they have a new billing person.
