Sorry to break the chain of 5 stars but I can't give 5 stars to any company that leaves damage behind. I was especially concerned about the dryer being pulled out of our condo sized laundry area onto the laminate floor. I wanted to stay in the hallway to watch what happened but was asked to leave the area. I should have stayed. After he left our unit I was down on my knees making sure the floor was okay. THANK GOODNESS THERE WAS NO FIRE! 🔥Worth the money. Clothes weren't drying. My mother-in-law said she needed a new dryer. We convinced her to hold off on that $$$ purchase.Maybe the vent path had lint buildup. Sam came to my in-law's home the same day. Got it cleaned out from inside dryer to roof vent. It was totally blocked! On the roof he found that when the roofers replaced the vent, they failed to remove the screen. So lint packed and dried up there.
