Sam called me back right after finishing the job he was on, and said he would be happy to squeeze me in the same day! He was at my house exactly when he said he would be, gave us clear and simple suggestions when we asked about moving our setup around, could not have been more polite, and his work was impeccable. Sam finished the job in less than 30 minutes, and we got to nerd out a little bit about the new washer/dryer combo we installed. 5 star experience at a fair price. Call Sam first!
