We love Dr. Alami, and we really love his staff! They always greet me with such kindness and love. Even on the phone! We moved from San Antonio and I am so blessed to have found this AMAZING group of people!
The doctor was good, but I am extremely upset. My insurance covers many services and I usually got notice if it did not cover. Then I make the decision to do it or not. In this office, it is totally different. After two monthes fom seeing the doctor, I received a bill that my insurance is not covered some services. And when I asked his office about not awarding me with the bill before the service, they mentioned that this is my job to search and know what my insurance will exactly covers in his office.
