Heidi found us a substantially less expensive policy with good coverage for a rental residence. She really understands insurance and can find a good policy at a good price.

Full disclosure: I did not use the services of this business. However, I did leave several phone messages, none of which was returned. I can only conclude that they're too busy to take on new clients.
A few years ago I had a flood in my basement and they were quick to respond.
Working directly with an agent/broker does cost a bit more than offers through big box or mailings offering discounts for a 1-800 representative. In our initial consultative review, we learned more about what was good with our existing policy and where Heidi's expertise and advice filled the gaps with necessary and valuable coverage.
