I couldn't find it, no signs on the building that I could see. I walked around the building and in the building. GPS said I was right there...NOT
Mechel was amazing to work with! She helped myself and 7 of my closest friends book out first trip to Mexico. She made the whole process so smooth and easy. I was scared since I had never been but she was great and handled everything! Her resort recommendation was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back there. She was always super responsive and made my 30th birthday the best one yet!
Mechel has been nothing short of amazing. Mechel has helped us every step of the way with our travel plans during COVID. She is detail oriented, reading the small print for all travel lodging and flights just to make sure we can cancel in case something changes during these uncertain times. We have had to rearrange our travel plans, and again Mechel was there to cancel our old plans and rebook our new without hesitation. Mechel, our agent, at All About Honeymoons planned the perfect European getaway for my family and I. Mechel, was both personable and professional. She spent a lot of time with my husband and I answering questions and reviewing our itinerary. If you love yourself, avoid this place like the plague. Mechel is very incompetent, sorry Mechel! (You know this to be true) There was always a reason for inadequacies...voice mail not working, locked out of email, moving, sick, out of town, forgets conversations, misquoted rates, misspelled names on tickets, payment issues, shortage of staff, and the list goes on! 🤦♀️🤷♀️♀️ Contacting Mechel was such a struggle for everyone in my group.
