The guys left the chimney un sealed in an area and allowed water under the shingles after an 18K job. I asked owner to fix it but he got defensive quickly. They came back to add more sealant to area they missed and never got back to me. There isn't any reason for what happened. The chimney wasn't leaking. They just find it in their best interest to blame the client rather than come up with solutions.
