It was a pleasure to work with a team that keeps their word about when they will be here. They were very nice and efficient.
We called All American after our old unit cut out on us during the coldest night of the year. They were out the next morning and had a really fast response in getting us a new unit and duct installed. We are extremely grateful for their help! Will be using them again!

My AC went out late into the afternoon on one of the hottest, most humid days we’ve had in Cleveland this year. First off, let me say the owners Tommy and Teresa are the best. I called and Teresa answered right away. She was kind and reassured me my AC would be fixed that very same day. Within just a couple short hours Tommy showed up at my door.
