Chelsea Bega, Au.D, is an outstanding audiologist. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and thorough, she has an excellent way of helping technical issues regarding hearing test findings, hearing devices and how they work to correct hearing loss, she also has a very caring manner. She spent all the time I needed to teach me and answer questions. I highly recommend trusting Dr. Bega with your hearing issues!

Lack of communication and lack of care was our two biggest factors on choosing a different place for my kiddo .
I recently went to Rachel to learn about new hearing aid options. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years so I am pretty knowledgeable about what to expect. Rachel showed me the Oticon More and offered a loaner to try them out. Now here is where I was disappointed, she put them in my ears with the wire antenna too short in one ear and the ear piece too big in the other.
