The staff is amazing and sooo caring!!! We arrived to this appt as a follow up after my sons surgery. He was born deaf on his right side and this was his last surgery after years of them so we were extremely excited that this was the final step! To get the hearing aid programed and tada he would hear from both ears! We were very disappointed to find out they sent us the wrong hearing aid!! My son actually cried!! It was not the easiest decision to admit that I needed hearing aids, but after a good hard cry and with the support of my family, I made my appointment. Dr. Price was just WONDERFUL - so patient and kind! And he truly LISTENED to my concerns! From the hearing tests to understanding my results to deciding to get my hearing aids - Dr. Price walked me through every step of the process. The staff really takes care of you. I bought my hearing aids from them(best pair yet!). I recently had some issues with one of the hearing aid, but I was no longer living in the area. I contacted them and they were willing to still help me out and mail me the parts directly! Thanks again to everyone at All About Hearing Inc. for helping me out!
All About Hearing, Inc. has been providing excellent service to me and to my husband for over 10 yrs. I can highly recommend both Sally Rand and Logan Price, as well as their products. Sally fitted me with my first hearing aids in 2004, and one of them lasted until this year. Certainly got my money's worth!
When I learned that I would lose all hearing in one ear due to a brain tumor, Sally adjusted my current hearing aid to compensate immediately. The next few months we had to wait for technology to catch up to my need. The first system we tried did not work out, but as soon as Sally heard about a new one, she contacted me to try it and we have never looked back.
